  1. Service-Specific Refunds:
    Refunds are available only under specific circumstances:

    • Project-Based Services: For project-based services, a full refund may be issued if the cancellation is requested before the project has commenced. Once work begins, partial refunds are offered at our discretion based on the progress of the project.
       

    • Subscription Services: Subscription-based services, such as monthly social media management, can be canceled anytime. However, refunds are not available for services already rendered.
       

  2. Requesting a Refund:

  3. Refund Approval:
